At Coforge, we are looking for a Mid Business Analyst (#22717) with the following profile.

Main responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements.

Elaborate user stories, acceptance criteria, and associated functional documentation.

Management and facilitation of functional workshops in each PI Planning, coordinating business and technology.

Coordinations with architecture, QA, development, operations, and Business teams.

Continuous supervision of initiatives with identification of risks and impacts on the schedule via Jira.

Design and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes.

Facilitate information gathering meetings with users and stakeholders.

Perform tracking and management of requirements using Jira.

Review and analyze flows and prototypes through Figma.

Actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams under agile methodologies.

Indispensable requirements

Professionals with +3 years of experience as a Process Analyst, Functional Analyst, and/or Business Analyst.

Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Experience in the elaboration of user stories, acceptance criteria, and associated functional documentation.

Experience in the use of Jira for requirement management and tracking.

Diagramming of AS-IS and TO-BE processes.

Conducting meetings, refinements, information gathering, and negotiation with stakeholders.

High analytical capacity and active and constant communication with the development team.

Indispensable experience in the banking/financial sector, ideally in projects related to cards or related areas.

Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean).

Experience in BPMN process modeling, Bizagi, Draw.io.

Experience with Jira and Confluence (management of initiatives, risks, and impacts on schedule), Trello, Miro, Mural.

Experience conducting meetings, gathering information, and managing stakeholders.

High analytical capacity and communication skills.

Desirable requirements

Experience participating in digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
