Mid Agile Project Manager

Key skills: Scrum, Kanban, Agile Delivery, Jira, Confluence, Project Management, Agile Coaching, Risk Management.

Experience: Between 3 and 5 years of experience performing roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Project Coordinator, Agile Team Facilitator, Agile Delivery Analyst, or Agile Project Manager.

Location: Perú.

Modality: Hybrid (in-person attendance 3 times per week in Miraflores).

At Coforge, we are looking for a Mid Agile Project Manager (#20787-11-15) with the following profile.

Main responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and agile events.

Accompany teams in the adoption and strengthening of agile practices.

Identify, manage, and escalate impediments, risks, and dependencies in a timely manner.

Coordinate activities between multidisciplinary teams to ensure the fulfillment of commitments and objectives.

Provide support to the Product Owner in the management, prioritization, and refinement of the backlog.

Track the progress of initiatives through roadmaps, schedules, and work plans.

Monitor performance indicators, commitments, and agile metrics.

Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure continuous delivery of value.

Contribute to the planning and execution of digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support project management activities when the initiative requires it.

Indispensable requirements

Professional in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related careers.

Between 3 and 5 years of experience in roles related to Agile Delivery and agile team facilitation.

Experience facilitating one or two agile teams simultaneously.

Experience in digital transformation projects, software development, digital products, or process improvement.

Experience working with business, product, and technology stakeholders.

Knowledge and experience in tracking initiatives through roadmaps, schedules, and work plans.

Experience identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and impediments.

Experience using Jira and Confluence.

Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

Knowledge of agile metrics and indicator tracking.

Experience in team facilitation and initiative coordination.

English level A1.

Desirable requirements

Scrum Master Certification (PSM, CSM, or similar).

SAFe Scrum Master Certification.

PMI-ACP Certification.

Kanban Management Professional Certification.

Knowledge of SAFe.

Knowledge of Agile Scaling.

Knowledge of Value Stream Management.

Knowledge of Management 3.0.

Experience in Team Coaching.

Experience using Azure DevOps.

Knowledge of Microsoft Project.

Knowledge of Power BI.

Knowledge of Planner.

Experience using collaborative tools such as Teams and Miro.
