At Coforge, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (22268) with the following profile.

Main Responsibilities

Perform the gathering and documentation of business and technological processes associated with digital channel products and payment ecosystems.

Gather and analyze functional requirements for initiatives related to digital payments, immediate transfers, CCI, CCE flows, card charges, and massive operations.

Prepare functional documentation, process diagrams, and end-to-end flows, ensuring correct alignment between business and technology.

Analyze the functional and technical impact of changes and new initiatives, guaranteeing the continuity of transactional processes.

Prepare user stories and acceptance criteria using Gherkin.

Participate in refinements and ceremonies under agile methodologies such as Scrum.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams from business, QA, architecture, and development to ensure the correct implementation of solutions.

Coordinate with regulatory and business support area teams, such as Security and Legal.

Participate in the definition and monitoring of solutions within digital and transactional ecosystems.

Indispensable Requirements

+4 years of experience in functions related to business analysis, functional analysis, or requirements management.

Experience in gathering and documenting business and technological processes.

Experience in gathering and analyzing functional requirements.

Experience preparing functional documentation, process diagrams, and end-to-end flows.

Experience building user stories and acceptance criteria, including Gherkin.

Experience participating in agile refinements and ceremonies.

Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams from business, QA, architecture, and development.

Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

Experience using management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.

Analytical capacity and ease of communicating with technical and business teams.

Basic level English.

Desirable Requirements

Experience in digital payment ecosystems or financial products.

Experience with PLIN, immediate transfers, CCI, CCE, card charges, or massive operations.

Knowledge of tools such as Figma, Mockupplus, Power BI, or Power Automate.

Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, MariaDB, SQL Server, or Oracle.

Familiarity with development and integration tools such as Postman, Git, Docker, or Apache Camel.

Experience in the financial sector.
