Key Accountabilities

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively forge effective engagement with diverse stakeholders, including Line of Business Technology (LOBTs), Technology Risk Management (Tech COO Line 1.5), and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE Tech Risk L1), on all governance domains, such as: Technology Refresh/ End of Support (EOS), Disaster Recovery (DR), Non-Security Patch, Free And Open Source Software (FOSS).
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular and ad-hoc reports related, such as those required for regulatory submissions and monthly governance reports. This includes following up with LOBTs on action and remediation plans.
  • Assessment/Attestation Management: Drive the coordination and ensure the timely completion of required annual and bi-annual assessment exercises/ attestations for various LOBTs.
  • Documentation and Maintenance: Maintain and update the Governance Process Guide, Playbook, and all related artifacts pertaining to each of the governance domains.
  • Automation and Innovation: Develop and implement automation or AI-driven solutions for Governance initiatives and projects, focusing on continuous process improvement and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Advisory and Guidance: Provide guidance and recommendations to various stakeholders regarding control requirements for each domains as per the Management Process Guide and Playbook.
  • Continuous Monitoring: Conduct continuous monitoring of LOBTs to identify risks and ensure the appropriate remediation action plans.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline from a recognized University.
  • Professional Experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience in technology, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Automation& Innovation Track Record: demonstrated track recordo of successfully implementing automation or AI-driven solutions that have led to process improvements or tangible cost savings.
  • Governance Experiences (Advantageous): Demonstrated proficiency in any of these Governance domains: Technology Refresh/ End of Support (EOS), Disaster Recovery (DR),Non-Security Patch, Free And Open Source Software (FOSS), including associated risks, controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Professional Certification (Preferred) – CRISC/ CISA.
