Key Responsibilities

Contract& Vendor Management

  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including renewals, vendor engagement, compliance monitoring, and performance tracking.
  • Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions with vendors.
  • Coordinate contract registration, governance approvals, and documentation.
  • Manage third-party risk management activities, including risk assessments, approvals, and compliance monitoring.
  • Partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure effective contract governance.

Financial Management

  • Manage chargeback operations, cost allocation, forecasting, reconciliation, and recovery activities.
  • Support budgeting, financial reporting, and cost analysis.
  • Monitor and track workforce-related expenses and financial performance.

Workforce Planning & Location Strategy

  • Support workforce planning, headcount tracking, and location strategy initiatives.
  • Coordinate operational readiness activities, resource movements, and location setup requirements.
  • Maintain workforce-related reporting and management dashboards.

Governance& Process Improvement

  • Prepare and maintain operational, financial, and governance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and governance standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy, and stakeholder transparency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in contract management, vendor management, procurement operations, PMO, financial operations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, vendor governance, and risk management.
  • Experience supporting procurement and governance processes.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a large organization with regional stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with workforce management, financial reporting, and operational governance.
  • Experience supporting multi-country operations and vendor ecosystems
