Your future area of activity

• Conception, management, and leadership of international after-sales projects in direct sales to end customers (D2C) from conception to completion in the field of vision correction lenses for Extended Reality
• Development of processes for complaints, warranty, and inspections as well as for the investigation of customer problems and troubleshooting via remote maintenance
• Conception and establishment of target operating models including site analysis for D2C customer support and maintenance centers, including physical product testing and analysis of internal versus external services
• Integration of the entire process for the replacement order process
• Creation and leadership of management decision papers and meetings for process approval, investments in IT infrastructure and organizational structure, as well as guidelines for customer service

What distinguishes you

• Completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or comparable
• At least 5 years of professional experience in business development and project management in the D2C consumer goods sector as well as in the associated customer support and after-sales processes
• Excellent communication skills towards demanding external and internal stakeholders as well as top management
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• High resilience and adaptability to changing environments and priorities
• Very good English skills (C1)
