Troubleshooting : Diagnose errors, identify mechanical or technical faults, and execute reliable repairs. Customer Service : Explain technical problems and solutions clearly to clients and guide them on proper equipment use. Documentation : Complete service reports, update work orders, and log parts used

Qualifications/Requirements: Technical Aptitude : Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or IT hardware systems depending on the industry. Problem-Solving : Ability to evaluate malfunctioning equipment and adapt solutions in diverse field environments. Communication : Clear verbal and written skills for customer interaction and accurate reporting. Requirements : Usually requires a high school diploma or associate degree, a valid driver's license, and relevant technical certifications
