Production & Test Technician at EMRI A/S

Production & Test Technician EMRI is a maritime technology company. We develop, produce, and install control and navigation systems for large ships and are leaders in our field. EMRI's systems ensure precise navigation and provide better utilization of ships' fuel, leading to a reduction in CO2 emissions. This is something we are proud of. Over the past few years, we have grown significantly and, in this connection, have also radically developed our organization, processes, and IT systems. We are preparing for further growth in the coming years and are therefore increasing our Production & Test capacity. The Role As a Production & Test Technician, you will follow the product all the way through production and testing. You will assemble and test sub-components and finished products. You will work closely with the departments: Planning, Purchasing, and Projects, to ensure the best possible experience for our customers. We take great pride in delivering the best possible quality, at the agreed time, every time. Our Production & Test is diverse and spans assembly and testing of PCBs, mechanical parts, enclosures, mechanical machining, and combinations of these, as well as electronic and mechanical testing of the above. Tasks:

• Be part of and contribute to the EMRI culture
• Assembly and testing of mechanical components. Screwing, tightening, gluing parts together
• Assembly and testing of analog and digital PCBs. Soldering, clamping, gluing parts together
• Mechanical machining of mounting plates, brackets, etc. Drilling, cutting, engraving parts
• Testing of analog and digital PCBs
• Testing of complete products
• Troubleshooting and analysis
• Updating and developing test protocols
• Be part of the team that challenges, develops, and implements new ways of doing things
• Assist in operations where needed

About you:

• You have an education as an electronics mechanic/technician or similar
• You have experience with the assembly of mechanical parts and electronics
• You have experience with both analog and digital electronics
• You can read technical drawings
• You have experience with testing electronics and filling out test reports
• You are quick to learn, curious, proactive, and not afraid to make mistakes
• You are empathetic and thrive working in a small team where cohesion and community are important
• You can speak Danish and understand English
