Your tasks

Treasury-Financial Assistant Will be responsible for executing operations related to financing needs, supervising current operational processes, managing financial information upload systems, reviewing contracts established with banking institutions, and preparing reports for the Treasury Management.

Activities

• Ensure the availability of financial resources to cover the operational and strategic needs of the organization.
• Execute short-term credits as a tool to obtain immediate financing.

• Perform short-term investments that generate returns without compromising liquidity.
• Maintain a balance between liquidity and profitability, avoiding both excess and shortage of liquid resources.

• Investigate financing options available in the market, including credits and investment instruments.
• Negotiate favorable conditions with financial institutions to obtain better rates, terms, and benefits.

• Optimize credit and investment lines to ensure efficient use of financial resources.
• Reduce financial costs through the strategic selection of funding sources with lower economic burden.

• Improve returns by channeling resources toward instruments that generate higher profitability without compromising liquidity.

Requirements

You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Economics – graduated
• Experience managing corporate treasury, including cash flows, bank reconciliations, and liquidity management.

• Knowledge of short-term financial instruments, such as promissory notes, investment funds, and credit lines. Negotiating with financial institutions, both in credits and investment products, for a minimum of 2 years.
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial statements.

• Intermediate English (B1 to B2)
• Intermediate - Advanced Excel
