Sr Buyer

The professional will be responsible for purchasing services and consumables.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Research new suppliers of various products and services, aiming to develop alternative supply sources.
• Approve suppliers according to the company's registration policy, ensuring that purchases are only made with duly approved suppliers.
• Open bidding processes, respecting the purchasing procedure, following the ISO 9001 and 14001 guidelines.
• Equalize supplier proposals, considering tax guidelines, and aiming to close purchases under the best conditions of price, quality, and delivery time, safeguarding compliance premises.
• Issue purchase orders and contracts.
• Follow action plans established through indicators.
• Conduct strategy for monitoring and controlling prices within their area of activity.

Requirements and qualifications

Mandatory:

• Completed higher education in Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
• Intermediate English.

Desirable:

• Knowledge in SAP.
