Legal Coordinator - São Bernardo do Campo.

Main challenges:

• Provide advisory legal services, acting as a generalist and partner to the other corporate and business areas of the company;
• Develop a standard for contractual drafts, establish process flows and procedures to be followed, providing technical guidance and ensuring support to the business area for decision-making.
• Organize documents and perform control of contracts and related documents.
• Direct the company's areas on legal matters, aiming to keep the company protected regarding the legal aspects of its activities.
• Analyze the company's contracts with third parties in general and other documents, observing their legal/juridical aspects and issuing opinions with guidance on compliance with current legislation;
• Manage risks, analyzing the contractual position and defining the correct strategy to achieve the best possible result for the business;
• Participate in projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and drive excellence and engagement of the entire legal advisory team.
• Act in the company's corporate routine (drafting acts and coordinating service providers).

Prerequisites:

• Degree in Law;
• Postgraduate degree in Contracts is desirable;
• Active OAB;
• Fluent English;

Differentials:

• Experience in analysis, drafting, and control of commercial contracts, drafts, notification terms, agreements, and opinions of medium and/or high complexity
