Your tasks

As an experienced Commercial Claims professional this is your opportunity to be the first person that major Corporate clients speak to about all aspects of the claims.

Also to be involved in every aspect of their business, including proactive Risk Management and when they renew their Insurance arrangements.

Also you will manage the service that the Claims Handlers provide your Clients.

As Claims Executive your responsibilities will include

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding claims-related inquiries and issues.
• Agree and set up claims handling procedures to ensure delivery of a high quality, innovative claims service.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Claims Adjusters and other professionals to facilitate efficient claims processing.
• Negotiation with Insurers and Loss Adjusters on any disputed or contentious claims.
• Delivering insightful claims data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and improved Risk Management.
• Organising and chairing Claims Review meetings with Clients, Carriers, and other suppliers
• Partner with Account Executives throughout the renewal cycle to improve their service and enable them to benefit from the best Insurance cover

Requirements

To be a successful Claims Executive you will demonstrate:

• Detailed knowledge of Commercial Claims and experience of managing complex Losses for Clients.
• Excellent client-facing skills and comfortable leading meetings with clients.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and pride in your work.
• Confidence in delivering presentations and excellent written communication skills.
• Experience in helping clients improve risk, identifying areas to improve claims costs and enhance processes.

This is a hybrid role with you spending time on site with your Clients and supporting them through complex claims situations.
