Employd Staffing Solutions Ltd is a comprehensive Human Capital Consultancy firm based in Nairobi County, Kenya. Our core HR activities include Recruitment, Labour Outsourcing, Payroll Management, and Employee Trainings. We build fruitful relationships with our clients and always aim to add value to their business by improving the efficiency of their HR activities and increasing the return on their Human Capital spend.

Your tasks

• Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable .
• Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and maintain organized physical and digital financial records, including ledgers, journals, and expense reports.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements,and supplier statements to the general ledger to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with the preparation of financial documents, such as income statements, balance sheets, and various financial reports for management review.
• Support payroll processing activities, including verifying employee data, processing expenses, and maintaining confidential payroll records.
• Help prepare for internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information, ensuring all procedures comply with company policies and accounting standards .

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Professional Accounting Certification, CPA part 2(section 4)
• At least 1 years previous experience in similar / related finance function
• Must be well versed with book keeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong Excel skills
• Experience with accounting software/ERP systems is an added advantage .
• High data entry accuracy and strong numerical aptitude.
• Good computer skills with advanced Excel and Word.

What we offer

Salary Range : Ksh 25K -30K .
