About the role

As a Spare Parts Specialist at Solaris, you will become part of the warehouse and spare parts operations in Malmö. The role combines spare parts administration with practical warehouse work and suits you who enjoy both administrative and operational tasks.

The largest part of the work consists of order management and spare parts administration. You register orders, identify the correct spare parts using exploded views and item catalogs, and maintain ongoing contact with customers, technicians, and the Solaris spare parts team in Poland. At the same time, you are part of the warehouse operations and assist with picking, packing, and deliveries when needed.

You will, among other things:

• Handle incoming and outgoing spare parts
• Pick and pack materials
• Place orders for spare parts via Solaris' internal systems
• Interpret technical drawings and exploded views to identify the correct parts
• Maintain ongoing contact with workshops, technicians, and customers via telephone and email
• Follow up on items and prices in collaboration with the Polish headquarters

You will work closely with the warehouse manager and have many points of contact both internally and externally. As part of the induction, there is an opportunity to spend a week in Poland to get to know your colleagues and gain a good understanding of the Solaris spare parts system.

About you

We are looking for someone who has a technical interest and thrives in a role where administration, customer contact, and practical work go hand in hand. You are thorough and structured, while also being unpretentious and willing to help where needed.

We would prefer if you have experience in order management, warehouse, or spare parts, but the most important thing is that you have a good technical understanding and an interest in vehicles or technical components.

To succeed in the role, you need to have:

• Experience in order management, administrative work, or warehouse work
• Good technical understanding
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• B-driver's license
• Good computer proficiency

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience with spare parts within the automotive or workshop industry
• Experience with Dynamics or Business Central
• Forklift license
