Point of Sale Manager

Area: Roma Sur, Cuauhtémoc, CDMX Base salary: $9,500 monthly NET + sales and productivity bonus of $3,500

We are looking for a Point of Sale Manager with experience in sales and customer service, who enjoys interacting with people and has the ability to manage the operational and administrative control of a branch.

Requirements

• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Experience in cash handling, collections, and cash register closures.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control.
• Ease in performing administrative activities and maintaining records.
• Basic handling of Excel and Office suite.
• Handling of Google tools: Drive, Gmail, Calendar, and Meet.
• Ease in using digital tools and platforms.
• Basic English.
• Organization, effective communication, and service orientation.

Main activities

• Customer service and advisory at the counter, via telephone, and WhatsApp.
• Product sales and customer follow-up.
• Daily registration of sales in the system and control files.
• Collection in cash and via bank terminal.
• Preparation of cash register closures and control of vouchers.
• Petty cash management and expense recording.
• Inventory control and follow-up.
• Performing weekly cyclical inventories.
• Generation and follow-up of orders to suppliers.
• Reception, validation, and arrangement of merchandise.
• Coordination of product transfers between branches.
• Control and safeguarding of equipment.
• Follow-up on emails and operational communications.
• Organization and maintenance of the work area.

Schedule

Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The position is fixed in Roma Sur. Occasionally, support may be requested at the Tlalpan branch to cover vacations or specific needs.
