We are looking for motivated individuals who are interested in building a career in the renovation and interior design industry.

Job Scope

• Assist with renovation project and site management
• Coordinate and monitor renovation works on site
• Learn renovation workflow and construction processes
• Learn carpentry planning
• Learn interior space planning and furniture placement
• Assist with design concepts, layouts and material selections
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and workers
• Conduct site measurements and site inspections
• Monitor project schedules and workmanship
• Assist with defect checking and project handover
• Learn how to manage a renovation project from start to completion

What You Will Learn

You will gain hands-on experience in:

• Interior design and space planning
• carpentry design
• Renovation materials and construction methods
• Site and project management
• Client communication
• Contractor coordination
• Project scheduling
• Practical problem-solving on renovation sites

Requirements

• No renovation experience required – training will be provided
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Interest in interior design, renovation or construction
• Willing to learn and visit project sites
• Responsible and able to communicate well
• Basic AutoCAD / SketchUp knowledge will be an advantage
• Able to work independently after training
