Sales Associate – Eyewear (Sunglasses & Optical Glasses) Company: Emperor Red Sea Location: Hurghada, Egypt (On-site) Job Type: Full-time Compensation: Commission-based Schedule: Day or Night Shift (assigned based on business needs) About the Role Emperor Red Sea is hiring a Sales Associate to represent a leading international eyewear brand in our Hurghada retail store. You'll be the face of the brand for walk-in customers, including local shoppers and international tourists, helping them find the right sunglasses and prescription glasses while delivering an excellent in-store experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers in a retail store setting

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable sunglasses and optical eyewear

Explain product features, materials, lens options, and pricing clearly

Meet and exceed personal sales targets

Process transactions, handle payments, and issue receipts accurately

Maintain product displays and overall store presentation

Build rapport with both local and international (tourist) clientele

Stay up to date on new collections and product knowledge

Handle basic customer service issues, exchanges, and returns per store policy

Monitor stock levels and flag inventory needs

Requirements 2–5 years of experience in sales (required)

Fluent in Arabic and English (required)

Experience in optical/eyewear sales: strong bonus

Experience in touristic/tourism-related sales: a bonus

Additional languages such as German, Russian, or French: bonus points

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Presentable, customer-focused, and target-driven mindset

Willingness to work flexible shifts (day or night, as assigned)
