Veterinarian

Your tasks

• Flock Health & Biosecurity: Oversee flock health management, disease prevention, and strict biosecurity protocols across layer farms.
• Production & Yield Optimization: Monitor and optimize lay rates, egg quality, feed conversion ratios (FCR), and overall flock productivity.
• Diagnostic & Clinical Care: Conduct routine farm visits, post-mortems, flock health audits, and direct effective treatments.
• Nutrition & Management Advice: Collaborate on feed formulation, flock housing conditions, and environmental controls for maximum efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and train farm managers, technical staff, and site personnel on best practices in poultry husbandry.

Requirements

Are you an experienced Veterinary Doctor with deep expertise in commercial poultry management and layer/egg production? We are expanding our operations and looking for a seasoned leader to join our team!

Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in commercial poultry operations, with a strong focus on high-yield egg production systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• 10+ years of verifiable experience in large-scale commercial poultry (specifically layer operations).
• Strong track record in flock health management, disease diagnostics, and biosecurity enforcement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and operational management skills.
