ELECTRICAL ELECTRONIC SYSTEM LEADER M/F

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the integration, validation, and fine-tuning of automotive control systems, across functional, electrical, and electronic scopes (sensors, controls, actuators).

• Define and monitor the validation strategy, integration/validation plans, test procedures, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform validation of ECU software on test benches (HIL, GMP, engine) and on vehicles, including functional tests, calibrations, and diagnosability.
• Analyze requirements, defects, and malfunctions, ensure the follow-up of technical facts, and contribute to their resolution with internal teams and suppliers.
• Verify the consistency of electrical/electronic and functional architectures at different development milestones.
• Lead the pre-acceptance, acceptance, and validation activities of supplier deliverables, and rule on their compliance before industrialization.
• Ensure the validation of ECU diagnosability: ODX, test sequences, APV flowcharts, dynamic parameters, and EOBD.
• Guarantee the traceability of tests, measurements, and documents, as well as the production of summaries and quality indicators.
• Develop and maintain integration, validation, and fine-tuning schedules, in alignment with project milestones.
• Coordinate the operational team, distribute activities according to skills, monitor commitments, and alert the project regarding delay risks.
• Ensure the interface between project teams, integrating suppliers, validation teams, expertise, and technical assistance.
• Propose new testing methods and means to improve system coverage and maturity.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

With a Master's degree (BAC +5) or Engineering degree in Electricity-Electronics and a sensitivity to digital electronics, you have experience (ideally 5 years) in the design or validation / fine-tuning of embedded systems. You have skills in measurement techniques, instrumentation, and real-time simulation tools used for EDP validation. Knowledge of GMP system architectures and functionalities would be a plus. Pragmatic, you possess organizational, reactive, and anticipatory qualities, as well as strong interpersonal skills. You are fluent in English.
