Quality Control Executive (QC) – Concrete Manufacturing
Your tasks
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in carrying out quality control checks on concrete products and raw materials.
- Perform basic laboratory tests such as slump tests, sampling, casting, curing, and compressive strength testing of concrete cubes.
- Collect samples from plant and site for testing and inspection.
- Record and maintain accurate QC and laboratory test results and documentation.
- Monitor production processes and report any quality issues to supervisors.
- Assist in inspections, audits, and corrective actions related to quality control.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Perform other ad-hoc QC and laboratory-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Certificate / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Materials Science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of concrete materials and laboratory testing is an advantage.
- Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
