Job description .

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for leading complex development trajectories in the field of Battery Management Systems (BMS). You guide the entire process from planning to delivery and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of engineers. You supervise the project scope, capacity, milestones, quality, and technical risks. Additionally, you ensure that requirements regarding Automotive SPICE (ASPICE), functional safety, and cybersecurity are integrated into the project. You organize project and design reviews, manage documentation, and maintain contact with customers, suppliers, and technical partners. With your commitment, you contribute to the acceleration of reliable battery technology and support the transition to more sustainable transport.

Who you are (or want to become):

• Excellent skills in planning, risk management, and stakeholder management
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and collaborating with external partners
• Good command of the English language; proficiency in Dutch is a plus
• Completed technical HBO or WO education
• Demonstrable experience with technical project management and product development
• Knowledge of embedded systems, BMS, or similar automotive technology
• Familiarity with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE), ISO 26262 and/or ISO 21434
• Residing in the Netherlands
