This is an excellent opportunity for a driven adviser who enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and maximising opportunities from an established client base. Rather than cold prospecting, you will be working from an existing client bank , providing mortgage reviews, remortgage advice and comprehensive protection solutions to clients who already have an established relationship with the business. Key responsibilities include: Conducting detailed fact-finds and client consultations Advising on residential mortgages, remortgages and buy-to-let solutions Identifying and recommending appropriate protection products, including Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover and Income Protection Managing and developing relationships within the existing client bank Carrying out regular mortgage and protection reviews Maximising protection penetration through holistic financial conversations Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring FCA compliance Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the client journey Achieving and exceeding agreed sales and performance targets About You

Essential Requirements Minimum 3 to 4 years' experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser Proven track record of advising and successfully selling both mortgage and protection products CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) Strong protection knowledge and conversion ability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, client-focused approach Self-motivated and target-driven mindset Good understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements Desirable Experience working with existing client banks and review-based business Ability to generate referrals through excellent customer service Experience operating within a network or directly authorised environment Why Join Us?
