Role Description The Multi-Lingual Front Office Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra. This role manages the reception area, greets visitors, answers and routes calls, and responds to inquiries in multiple languages while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Daily tasks include scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings, managing front office correspondence, and ensuring accurate documentation of visitor and client information. The Executive also supports basic administrative tasks, liaises with internal teams to direct clients to the appropriate contacts, and upholds Emery Invest’s service standards for client and visitor interactions. Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities for engaging with clients, visitors, and colleagues. Experience with receptionist duties and front office operations, including managing calls, visitors, and appointment schedules. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and proficiency in at least one additional language relevant to the region. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, handle confidential information, and resolve issues calmly and efficiently. Proficiency with office software (e.g., email, calendars, document tools) and familiarity with basic administrative procedures. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a front office, hospitality, or customer-facing role is preferred. Relevant diploma or degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is an advantage
