Apprenticeship - HSE Facilitator (M/F)

Ensures the implementation and animation of the 3SE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) policy on-site, supports teams on a daily basis, develops a strong prevention culture, and finally guarantees compliance with regulatory requirements and Group standards.

As a true operational link, you will actively contribute to making our site a safe, sustainable, and responsible working environment.

• Propose and drive the site's 3SE culture
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and technical mastery of 3SE subjects
• Manage external companies intervening on-site (subcontractors, suppliers, etc.)
• Drive the site's 3SE culture
• Perform all administrative tasks for the department (monthly reports, declarations, etc.)

Minimum Bac +2, 1st year of Master's ideally in the field of health, safety, or environment.

Excellent communication skills to raise awareness and mobilize teams (internal and external communication, with institutions/representatives of other structures).

Fluent English: discussions and exchanges with the group, and the European/global 3SE structure.

Office automation: advanced level Office pack (pivot tables, formulas, analysis).
