Production Planner

In this Role, YourResponsibilities Will Be: ·       Develop and maintain master productionschedules for assigned product families to support customer demand and businessobjectives. ·       Prepare and manage Sales and OperationsPlanning (S&OP) inputs, monthly production plans, and weekly productionschedules. ·       Monitor execution of production plans,proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions to minimizedisruptions. ·       Analyze backlog, current demand, and forecaststo effectively prioritize and sequence production activities. ·       Track production progress and coordinate withrelevant stakeholders to ensure products meet quality standards and customerrequirements. ·       Evaluate schedule changes, delays, orinterruptions and adjust plans to maintain delivery commitments. ·       Plan and prioritize manufacturing operationsto optimize resources, improve efficiency, and reduce lead times. ·       Determine manpower, equipment, and materialrequirements to support production demand. ·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams,including manufacturing, sourcing, customer care, logistics, and engineering,to drive operational excellence. ·       Support continuous improvement initiativesthrough data analysis, process optimization, and the implementation of bestpractices. ·       Maintain accurate planning data andperformance metrics to support informed decision-making. For This Role, You Will Need: ·       Degree/ Diploma in related field with minimum2 to 3 years working experience. ·       Practical experience in production planning orscheduling within a manufacturing environment. ·       Working knowledge of production planningconcepts, capacity planning, and material ·       requirements. ·       Strong communication and interpersonal skillsto collaborate effectively across diverse teams. ·       Ability to analyze data, prioritize work, andmanage multiple activities in a fast paced environment. ·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsfor analysis, planning, and reporting. Preferred Qualifications thatSet You Apart: ·       Experience using Oracle or similar enterpriseresource planning systems. ·       Exposure to Sales and Operations Planning(S&OP) processes. ·       Ability to use data and insights to drivecontinuous improvement in planning and execution. ·       Experience supporting multiple productfamilies or complex manufacturing operations.
