In this Role, YourResponsibilities Will Be: ·       Provide remote and on-site technical supportfor customers throughout the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle. ·       Configure, commission, and troubleshootsoftware and system solutions to meet customer requirements and operationalobjectives. ·       Deliver technical training andknowledge-sharing sessions for customers and internal stakeholders, includingsales and service teams. ·       Collaborate with technical supportspecialists, business development teams, product management, operations,lifecycle services, quality teams, sales organizations, and external partnersto deliver integrated solutions. ·       Support project pursuit activities byproviding technical expertise that helps customers evaluate and implementEmerson solutions. ·       Coordinate with other business units to ensureseamless technical support and successful customer outcomes. ·       Build trusted relationships with customers byunderstanding their needs and delivering responsive, high-quality support. ·       Contribute to continuous improvementinitiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, operational excellence, andbusiness performance. ·       Achieve customer satisfaction and servicelevel agreement (SLA) targets by delivering timely, high-quality support andmonitoring performance through established internal metrics and trackingsystems. ·       Travel as needed to support customers andprojects across the Asia Pacific region and other locations as required. For This Role, You Will Need: ·       Experience providing technical support,application engineering, commissioning, or related engineering services in anindustrial environment. ·       Knowledge of process instrumentation,automation technologies, or industrial systems. ·       Ability to diagnose technical issues, evaluatesolutions, and effectively communicate recommendations. ·       Strong interpersonal, presentation, andcustomer engagement skills. ·       Ability to collaborate effectively withmultidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams. ·       Willingness and ability to travel regionallyas business needs require. Preferred Qualifications thatSet You Apart: ·       Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalentcombination of education, training, and relevant professional experience. ·       Experience supporting process instrumentation,measurement technologies, control systems, or related automation solutions. ·       Experience delivering customer training,workshops, or technical presentations. ·       Familiarity with software configuration,system integration, and commissioning activities. ·       Experience working in customer-facing roleswithin industrial, process manufacturing, energy, chemical, oil and gas, power,water, or related industries. ·       Ability to manage multiple priorities whilemaintaining a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. ·       Experience collaborating with global teams andsupporting customers across different regions and cultures.
