Senior Mechanical Site Engineer

Your tasks

• Supervise HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and other mechanical installation works.
• Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statements.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, electrical, and other MEP disciplines.
• Manage subcontractors, site manpower, materials, and daily work activities.
• Monitor project progress, quality, productivity, and installation schedules.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover.
• Prepare progress reports and resolve technical site issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and HSE procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–7 years of relevant mechanical construction or MEP experience.
• Proven experience in a senior site engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
• Excellent ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; BIM software and Primavera P6 are an advantage.
• Strong leadership, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and the ability to work effectively with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
