Daily tasks

• Co-creating a new product from scratch for a client in the critical infrastructure protection area - real impact on architecture and development direction.
• Designing and building backend services in FastAPI using containerization (Docker) and good software engineering practices.
• Creating user interfaces - we work in Vue 3 + TypeScript, but if you feel stronger in React/Angular/another framework, don't worry, understanding web development is what matters.
• Integrating DSP (digital signal processing) algorithms.
• Making technical decisions together with the team: selection of tools, patterns, approach to testing and deployment.
• Ensuring code quality: unit and integration tests, code review, readability, maintainability.
• Supporting less experienced developers and team development.
• Collaborating with the project manager, developer team, tester, and client: gathering requirements, estimations, sprint planning.
• Creating technical documentation.

Requirements

Python: Very good knowledge of the language and its ecosystem, backed by commercial experience. Experience at Senior / Mid + level with ambitions, min. 4–5 years of commercial experience in software development. Frontend & Web: Good knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript). Our stack is Vue 3, but if you have experience in React or other frameworks and want to move into Vue, that is perfectly sufficient for us!

Full-stack experience; you feel equally comfortable on the API side as on the browser side. We are looking for someone who sees the big picture.

Communicative English (min. B2), we work with foreign clients, dailies in English occasionally occur.

Nice to have:

C++ , will be useful for integrating DSP algorithms and performance optimization.

AWS basics, especially IoT Core (our product communicates with devices in the field).

Linux - you know how to work in the terminal, configure the environment, debug in production. Cybersecurity - you understand OWASP, secure coding, encryption — in critical infrastructure, this is a huge plus.

Experience with IaC tools.
