Bilingual English Maintenance Account Manager - Ile-De-France (M/F)
As part of our development, we are recruiting a bilingual English Multitechnical Maintenance Account Manager (M/F) for our Ile-de-France agency. A key role: you will manage and develop key account contracts by balancing commercial relationships, quality of service, and financial performance.
What you will do: Ensure the operational follow-up of a multi-site client portfolio Be the primary point of contact for your clients and understand their challenges Manage maintenance contracts and corrective works Coordinate teams, technicians, and partners Guarantee quality of service, commitments, and safety Identify opportunities and develop your portfolio Monitor the financial results of your activity
Your organization: Position based in Île-de-France, travel to client sites, company car. You will work with Account Managers, Assistant Account Managers, technicians, partners, and support staff.
