Clerk Repair/Parts Warranty (m/f/d)

Summary

This is an essential position to support our customers and subsidiaries in the area of component repair and warranty. The focus is on processing service orders and component warranties.

Tasks:

• Contact person for customers and national companies for all questions regarding repair and component warranty
• Opening and processing of service orders in SAP
• Creation and calculation of repair offers
• Scheduling, cost, and order tracking of ongoing repair and component warranty cases
• Completion of service orders including invoice creation and reporting
• Field monitoring of components in the market to identify conspicuous error patterns and developments
• Analysis and evaluation of component errors, repair rates, and trends using SAP and BI data
• Active participation in projects for the optimization, standardization, and further development of Repair/Parts Warranty processes
• Support for SAP Key User activities in the area of Repair/Parts Warranty

Must Haves:

• Sound technical training (e.g., technician or master craftsman with a focus on mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable qualification)
• Very good understanding of technical and commercial contexts
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
• Sound knowledge of SAP, ideally related to service or repair processes
• Good written and spoken English skills (at least B1)

Nice to Haves:

• Experience as a technical clerk in mechanical and plant engineering
• Knowledge of coating technology
• Other foreign languages
