Business Analyst to Money Flow

emagine is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a robust background in financial services to bridge the gap between business demands and technical solutions for a financial client.

**Main Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business, design, and engineering teams to translate high-level business demands into precise requirements and solution designs.

Lead value creation initiatives by prioritizing customer focus throughout the process.

Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders.

Utilize data insights and customer feedback to promote data-driven decision-making.

**Key Requirements:

**

3+ years of experience in financial services (accounts/payments).

3+ years of documented business analyst experience.

Proficient in decomposing complex business problems and designing actionable solutions.

Experience managing multiple stakeholder groups and facilitating requirement consensus.

Adept at refining business requirements in collaboration with IT development teams.

Skilled in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and engaging in sprint planning/reviews.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Ability to create clear and maintainable requirements documentation.

Experience managing competing stakeholder priorities with adherence to regulatory compliance timelines.

Proven negotiation skills related to scope and timeline trade-offs between business demands and technical limitations.
