HR Tech Team is part of the Analytics, Tech & AI department, in the People business unit of eMAG Group, and serves as a center of expertise for all companies in eMAG Group. Our selling point as a team is that you can work in a niche domain: HR Technology, using top tier technologies, like Workday. We are a bold HR technical team, where hands-on development is not out of the ordinary. Furthermore, by working in this domain, you will impact employee experience and efficiency for all companies in eMAG Group, by working closely with your colleagues in HR.
Your tasks
What you’ll have to do
- Coordinate HRIS project implementation and other HR Tech implementation projects;
- Create and execute the project plans, timelines, meetings schedules and follow-ups, managing all the needed resources for project delivery;
- Manage needs from stakeholders and transform into actionable items in the project timeline, handling also the request for additional resources;
- Monitor the progress and keep stakeholders informed by constantly giving relevant updates;
- Overview the end-to-end delivery process: handling needs, managing the project team, treating scope changes, supervising development or configuration and testing, organize and handle the releases, oversee post-production support and trainings;
- Overview the execution of the budget for the project delivered;
- Organize and support training on newly released features or systems and support documentation of processes and systems implemented;
- Work with senior people in our organization.
Requirements
What makes you a good fit
- You have advanced communication & presentation skills, with an expert English level;
- You have proven experience as a Project Manager of at least 2-3 years. Specific HR Technology projects are a plus;
- You work autonomously, have strong prioritization and organizing skills;
- You can talk directly to the end client, being focused on building reliable HR system products, not completing the next ticket;
- You have technical & analytical thinking, critical thinking capacity & problem solving;
- You are proactive and a team player.
What makes you stand out
- Previous experience in HRIS implementation like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or other major systems;
- Or previous experience in large IT projects as project manager;
- You worked with HR systems, are passionate about them and want to make an impact with your work, and understand solution oriented approach;
- Project Management Certification;
