Your tasks
Results are in continuous growth, and the role of the Finance - Procurement department is becoming increasingly important. We remain as close to the business as possible, regardless of the nature of the tasks we have to perform. Structuring recurring transactions, increasing efficiency, and working in cross-functional teams to find the best solutions are just a few of our objectives.
- Draft contractual documents and send them for review to the Legal team;
- Ensure the periodic and timely renewal of contracts and their update with new requirements of internal, financial, and legal regulations;
- Implement and enforce the process for modifying/updating/renewing existing contracts;
- Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers for the drafting and maintenance of contracts in the spirit and in accordance with legal requirements;
- Register documents in SAP Ariba and Docusign according to internally agreed procedures;
- Organize, maintain, and update the contractual database;
- Direct involvement in negotiating contracts, addenda, and annexes;
- Ensure that the contractual format used complies with the requirements of internal audit and other internal company regulations;
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports regarding the current status of contracts (validity, amounts spent, estimated value, etc.);
- Communicate, present, and interpret relevant information about contracts to stakeholders
Requirements
You are a good fit if
- Completed higher education (Business or Legal field – is a plus);
- Knowledge of the English language - intermediate/advanced level;
- Microsoft Office knowledge - advanced level;
- Experience in a Contract Manager role or equivalent;
- Experience in drafting and negotiating offers and contracts is an advantage, especially in the IT area;
- Organizational and prioritization skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Decision-making skills in complex situations;
- Openness to learning and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
