Wedding Consultant

Qualification: • Min education D3, preferably in MICE, event managemet, and hospitaliy. • Previous experience in sales, customer service, wedding/event industry, or a related field is preferred. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability connect with clients and listen to their needs. • Good administrative and able to use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. • Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.

Job description: • Sell and promote wedding packages and services to prospective clients. • Present and recommend wedding packages, services, and solutions that match clients' needs. • Follow up on leads and maintain good relationships with clients throughout the sales process. • Coordinate with internal teams, including Operations, Decoration, Catering, and other related teams, to ensure client requirements are well managed. • Manage and maintain accurate client data and sales records. • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
