Customer Support Employee

During the current period, our company wishes to hire a Customer Support Employee at its facilities in Aspropyrgos, Attica.

Main Duties:

• Continuous communication with department customers, aiming for better service and coordinating their needs with the company.
• Order entry
• Preparation of quotations
• Monitoring compliance with agreements

Required Qualifications:

• University/TEI/IEK degree in business administration or another related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Customer-centric mindset
