Team Leader Communication Service Assurance for Eltel Networks

You have at least a 3-year upper secondary school education with a technical/economic focus or equivalent. We would prefer that you have 3-4 years of experience from the industry and as a leader. You have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. Additionally, if you have experience in market/customer-oriented work as well as project/production management, we see it as a merit.

For those seeking a challenging and responsible role in a successful company with great development opportunities, we are now looking for a Team Leader based in Gotland. The team's main mission is construction as well as fault rectification and improvement work in the telecommunications network. Today, the team consists of approximately 25 employees, primarily technicians. This means that you will, from time to time, be out in the field to conduct your leadership.

Our business area Communication Service Assurance offers connection services, 24/7 service, as well as monitoring of existing fixed and mobile tele- and data networks. We have a wide range of high-quality Infranett services. We are represented with local offices throughout the country.

Your tasks

As Team Leader, you are responsible for planning, organizing, and leading the daily work in production. You take responsibility for ensuring that set goals are met regarding finances, operations, quality, and personnel.

• Finance and operations: Responsibility for the team reaching its results as well as delivering goal fulfillment in profitability, efficiency, and invoicing rate.
• Quality: Responsibility for ensuring delivered services meet the requirements and goals agreed upon with the customer. Responsibility for ensuring work is conducted according to current quality and environmental instructions.
• Personnel: Ensure that work is conducted according to Eltel personnel policy. Conduct annual goal/development meetings. Responsible for work environment and safety and that work is conducted according to current work environment policy.

You are part of the district's management group and report to the district manager.
