How you make a difference with us:

• You are the contact person for our customers regarding upcoming optimization projects within the scope of logistics
• The introduction of Lean Thinking and Lean Management is your responsibility, as is the establishment of group-wide and site-specific standards
• The regular auditing of individual areas of the site regarding the implemented standards falls within your area of responsibility
• In cooperation with the customer, you are responsible for the definition, execution, and implementation of optimization concepts
• In day-to-day business, you support the site management
• The organization and independent execution of workshops and training for employees is part of your tasks
• You are responsible for the tracking and resolution of process-related disruptions

• Ideally, you have initial professional experience, also in the form of internships, in the field of logistics

• ERP knowledge is desirable
