Junior Key Account Manager (a) 100% What we are looking for: Manage and develop relationships with selected key customers, acting as their main point of contact and identifying new business opportunities
Coordinate customer inquiries, quotations and commercial aspects of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including costs, invoicing and forecasts
Manage customer orders end to end, ensuring reliable deliveries and resolving quality-related issues in close collaboration with Supply Chain and Quality
Oversee customer agreements, pricing and product margins, support negotiations and contribute to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Monitor key performance indicators, including sales, forecasts, delivery performance (OTIF) and non-conformities (NC), and provide regular reporting to the Business Unit lead
Prepare and lead customer business reviews, discussing performance, forecasts, quality and future business opportunities
What makes you a great fit : You have a commercial or technical qualification and initial experience in Customer Service, Key Account Management, Sales Support or Order Management, ideally in manufacturing
You have a good technical understanding and quickly familiarize yourself with products, processes and customer requirements
You are outgoing, customer-focused and confident in building professional, long-term customer relationships
You have strong Excel skills, enjoy working with numbers, margins and forecasts, and are familiar with ERP systems, ideally SAP
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, keeping an overview even when managing complex customer requirements
You are fluent in German and English, communicate clearly and bring a natural sense for negotiation, service and quality
