Techno Functional Analyst - React

Job Descripton · We are looking for a highly motivated Application Support Analyst/Developer to join our team. · This role combines business analysis, application support, and software development responsibilities. · The ideal candidate will work closely with business users, project leads, and technical teams to support and enhance enterprise applications while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Support, maintain, and enhance React/TypeScript frontend applications and Java-based backend systems.
• Provide Business-As-Usual (BAU) support, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and production issue resolution.
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries for reporting, data analysis, and operational support.
• Perform functional testing, system validation, and data analysis to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business users, project leads, and technical teams to deliver application enhancements and process improvements.
• Investigate and resolve frontend, backend, and database-related issues in a timely manner.
• Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements to improve application stability and user experience.
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive measures.
• Contribute to process automation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and best practice adoption within the team.
• Learn and support COBOL-based applications as part of the broader application landscape when required.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Application Support, Software Development, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with Java development and support.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and support COBOL-based applications.
