We are looking for passionate Senior Software Engineer/Full Stack Engineers to join product teams focused on building impactful digital solutions for government agencies.
You will collaborate within cross-functional product squads alongside Quality Engineers, UX Designers, and Product Owners to develop innovative software products that create meaningful outcomes for public sector users and citizens.

Partner with government agencies to build and continuously enhance high-quality digital products that solve real user needs.
Collaborate with Full Stack Engineers, UX Designers, Product Managers & Product Owners to deliver user-centric solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
Work closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to understand business needs and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Lead architecture and system design for new features and external integrations by evaluating technical approaches and producing secure, scalable, and maintainable designs.
Collaborate with Engineering Leads, Infrastructure Teams, and other engineering teams to resolve dependencies, technical risks, and align architectural decisions.
Provide technical leadership by guiding implementation, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Develop clean, secure, maintainable, and well-tested code while conducting code reviews and promoting engineering best practices.
Champion modern technologies, engineering practices, and tools to improve product quality, delivery efficiency, maintainability, and user experience.
Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
rovide operational support by monitoring application health, responding to production incidents, and improving system reliability.

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or related disciplines.
Strong software engineering and programming fundamentals.
Experience in Architecture, System Design & Application Integration.
Experience leading technical delivery from solution design through implementation.
Experience with Cloud-based Application Development and modern engineering practices including:
Extreme Programming (XP)
Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
Hands-on experience with:
Go NET
TypeScript
Angular
ReactJS Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
Experience with SHIP-HATS and GitLab CI/CD Pipelines is an advantage.
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban environments.
