Senior Microsoft Intune Engineer

Job Description

• We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Intune Engineer to support an enterprise Microsoft 365 migration project, focusing on the migration of Windows 11 devices from Workspace ONE to Microsoft Intune within a co-managed Configuration Manager and Intune environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Intune assessment, solution design, migration planning, and deployment support.
• Design and configure Intune enrollment, compliance, configuration, security, application deployment, and update policies.
• Support Workspace ONE to Intune migration, including pilot, migration waves, go-live, and hypercare.
• Work with Microsoft Configuration Manager in a co-management environment.
• Collaborate with Identity, Security, Infrastructure, Application, and Service Management teams.
• Support Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Defender for Endpoint, RBAC, dynamic groups, security baselines, and encryption.
• Identify and address Group Policy and Intune policy conflicts.
• Prepare technical designs, migration plans, runbooks, configuration guides, and operational documentation.
• Provide troubleshooting, validation, knowledge transfer, and technical guidance to project and support teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and enterprise endpoint management.
• Strong experience managing Windows 10/11 environments.
• Experience with Workspace ONE to Intune migration or similar endpoint migration projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune co-management.
• Good knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access, compliance policies, security baselines, application deployment, Windows Update, and endpoint security.
• Strong stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Microsoft MD-102 / Endpoint Administrator certification.
• Experience with Defender for Endpoint, Windows Hello for Business, PKI/SCEP, VPN and Wi-Fi profiles.
• Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments.
