Fenergo BA

Key Responsibilities:  ·      Gather and translate business requirements into functional requirements.  ·      Analyse application data models, interfaces, reports, and upstream/downstream systems.  ·      Support Fenergo configuration and IT solutioning with stakeholders. Assist with project planning, execution, SIT, and UAT.  ·      Work closely with business users, IT teams, and project managers.  Requirements: ·      Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of IT experience.  ·      5+ years of BA experience in Banking, preferably KYC/Onboarding/CLM.  ·      Knowledge of SDLC and basic IT project management.  ·      Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.  ·      Fenergo experience is an advantage. PMP certification is a plus.
