Custom Software Engineer

Job Description ·      We are looking for a highly skilled Custom Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable custom software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.  ·      The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in software engineering, application development, system design, and modern development frameworks.  ·      The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to technical decisions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.  Key Responsibilities  ·      Design, develop, test, and deploy custom software applications and components. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. ·       Develop and enhance software systems using modern programming languages and frameworks. ·      Build and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications.  ·      Participate in software architecture, design reviews, and technical discussions.  ·      Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application performance and reliability issues.  ·      Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.  ·      Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Development teams.  ·      Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.  ·      Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across teams.  ·      Drive continuous improvement initiatives for development processes, quality, and performance.  ·      Ensure application security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
