Senior Full Procurement

Manage the full procurement cycle from purchase request to final delivery.

Receive and review purchase requests and ensure all required specifications and approvals are available.

Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable local and international suppliers.

Search for new suppliers and maintain an updated supplier database.

Request and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, quality, and commercial conditions .

Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with approved requirements.

Follow up with suppliers to ensure orders are delivered on time.

Monitor outstanding purchase orders and provide regular updates to management.

Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, Operations, and other departments regarding procurement requirements.

Verify supplier quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation.

Ensure purchased materials comply with the required specifications and quality standards.

Handle supplier complaints, discrepancies, delays, shortages, and quality issues.

Monitor market prices and provide recommendations regarding purchasing decisions.

Analyze procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and savings.

Maintain strong and professional relationships with key suppliers.

Negotiate annual or long-term agreements when applicable.

Monitor supplier performance based on price, quality, delivery, responsiveness, and service .

Support the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Prepare periodic procurement reports covering purchases, suppliers, costs, pending orders, and savings.

Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and approval policies.

Support import procurement activities and coordinate with the relevant departments when international purchasing is required.

Follow up on shipment and delivery status when applicable.

Ensure all procurement activities are properly documented and traceable.

Perform any other procurement-related duties assigned by management.

5–8 years of relevant procurement experience , preferably in a trading, manufacturing, chemical raw materials, textile, or similar industry.

Strong experience in managing the full procurement cycle .

Proven experience in supplier sourcing and evaluation.

Strong experience in price and commercial negotiations.

Experience dealing with local and international suppliers is preferred.

Experience with import procurement and international purchasing is an advantage.
