Research & Development Operations Coordinator - Manufacturing Romford £42,000 - £45,000 + Benefits + Career Progression + Permanent Position

Are you organised and detail-focused, with an interest in R&D, manufacturing or a technical environment?

This is a great opportunity to join an established manufacturing business as an R&D Operations Coordinator, supporting product development projects and working with teams across the business.

You'll help keep projects organised, maintain accurate records, coordinate requests and support the wider R&D team. The role also includes supporting and mentoring apprentices, making this a varied position with plenty of responsibility.

The Role:

R&D Operations Coordinator Monday to Friday Permanent position Product development, project coordination and apprentice support

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and IT skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office and Excel
• Administration, manufacturing or technical experience beneficial
• Previous experience in R&D, project coordination, quality, technical administration or materials/stock administration would be advantageous.
