Your tasks
This brand-new position offers an experienced Procurement Manager the chance to make this role your own, whilst leaving a lasting legacy at a company that has already become a major player in their market.
The successful candidate will have full autonomy and the backing of the board, to design, establish and embed a modern procurement function.
Your duties will involve leading the purchasing team, developing procurement processes and strengthening supplier relationships. Additionally, you will negotiate contracts, improve cost efficiency and ensure reliable supply, whilst working closely with engineering and product development teams to source suppliers for new products.

- Manage 2 buyers and 1 purchasing administrator
- Develop supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and drive cost savings whilst ensuring reliable supply
Requirements
Bristol Are you a Procurement Manager with a background in manufacturing or engineering? Are you looking for a role offering flexi-time, hybrid working and a lucrative bonus scheme that significantly increases your earning potential?
The Candidate
- Holds a CIPS or recognised equivalent supply chain qualification
- Procurement Management experience in Manufacturing or Engineering
- Lives a commutable distance from Bristol
What we offer
£65,000 - £70,000 per annum + 10% bonus + 5% employer matched pension
