The Role
- Managing and supporting a team of around 5 people
- Overseeing day-to-day operational activities
- Managing attendance, holidays and team performance
- Ensuring food safety, quality and company standards are maintained
- Monitoring stock and maintaining accurate records
- Monitoring KPIs and identifying areas for improvement
- Supporting training and development within the team
- Driving continuous improvement and efficiency
The Candidate
- Previous supervisory or team management experience within food manufacturing
- Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards
- Experience managing performance, attendance and employee development
- Confident working with systems and data
- Proactive and able to drive improvements
- Reliable, motivated and confident leading a team
