Monday - Friday 8.30AM- 5 PM Market Harborough Commutable from Corby, Desborough, Kettering, Leicester, and Northampton

Are you a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a hands-on background looking for fully funded qualifications and rapid career growth?

Due to ongoing expansion, my client is seeking a Graduate Quality Engineer to join their team. Following the success of a recent graduate placement in the department, they are bringing in a second driven engineer to support them. This role offers an exceptional training package, including fully funded external courses. Working alongside senior engineers, you will gain hands-on experience in component inspection, quality reporting, non-conformance investigations, and ISO compliance.

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a strong work ethic and 1-2 years of practical experience whether that's a placement year or hands-on shop floor/assembly work. If you have the drive to learn and a strong mechanical baseline, this business will fund your development into a fully qualified Quality Engineer.

The Role:

• Supporting quality control, component inspection, and non-conformance reporting
• Gaining fully funded external qualifications (CSWIP, Welding Inspection, Quality & H&S)
• Working closely with manufacturing and assembly teams to maintain high quality standards

The Candidate:

• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline
• ~1 year of practical/industrial experience (Placement year, Year in Industry, or hands-on mechanical assembly/technician work)
• Driven, hard-working attitude with a keen desire to learn and develop
