£45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Car + Training + Flexible Hours + Progression Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 17:00. Friday, 08:00 - 14:00 Falmouth Cornwall

Do you have hands on & commercial experience within the hydraulics industry or working with hydraulics within the forces? Are you looking to take on a new challenge within an industry leading group that are offering full autonomy and the chance to build your own team?

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a General Manager to join and manage their team at their facility in Falmouth. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and securing new and existing customers, playing a vital role in the growth of the sites customer base. On site you will be managing a team of engineers and fitters, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, meeting company, customer and industry standards. This is an excellent challenge for someone looking for variety and progression, you will be split between the workshop and on the road meeting with customers. As the team and site expand you will be responsible for site budgets, recruitment and workshop layouts & plans.
