Elivi Hotels features four distinct residential units: ELIVI XENIA Hotel ELIVI GRACE Rooms & Suites ELIVI NEST GROVE Rooms, Villas & Suites ELIVI NEST INFINITY Rooms & Suites About the Position We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Maintenance Manager to join the Elivi Hotels team in Skiathos. This is a full-time position, with presence at the hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily operation of the maintenance department, ensuring that all facilities, equipment, and technical systems of the resort operate with the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of the hotel and for providing an excellent hospitality experience to guests. Main Responsibilities

• Oversight of the daily operation of technical facilities and the engineering operations of the hotel
• Organization and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance programs for the optimal operation of all systems and equipment
• Coordination and guidance of the maintenance team, ensuring high quality standards and immediate response
• Management of maintenance and repair tasks concerning HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and other hotel fixed assets
• Conducting regular inspections of buildings, machine rooms, equipment, and technical systems, aiming for timely identification and resolution of problems
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety rules and applicable regulatory requirements
• Immediate and effective handling of urgent technical problems and repair needs
• Close cooperation with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel and maximum guest satisfaction
• Contribution to the formulation and implementation of maintenance strategies, procedures, and best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Maintenance Manager position or a similar role in a hotel, resort, or large hotel unit
• Very good knowledge of preventive maintenance, equipment maintenance, and generally the technical operations of a property
• Strong technical background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with proven experience in managing and motivating teams
• Very good fault diagnosis and technical problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of health and safety standards and relevant legislative compliance
• Previous experience in the hotel or tourism industry will be considered a significant advantage
• A degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field will be considered desirable
• Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of Greek will be considered an additional asset
